Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal—which also lets you pay securely with a debit or credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please email me as soon as possible at shell@thewitchytrinketcauldron.com. Orders can’t always be changed once shipped, but I’ll always do my best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Right now we ship within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), as well as Australia and New Zealand. We don’t currently ship to the EU, USA, Canada, or the rest of the world (due to different rules, regulations, and tariffs)—but that may change as we grow. Please read our Shipping Information.

How long will my order take?

  • UK: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Australia & New Zealand: usually 2–4 weeks, depending on customs.
    Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size/weight of your order and your location.

Refunds & Returns

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes—you have 14 days from receiving your order to let me know you’d like to cancel, then another 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy.

What items can’t be returned?
Custom-made or personalised items, opened herbs/incense or other consumables, unsealed health/hygiene items (like earrings), and digital downloads cannot be returned.

How do I arrange a return?
Email shell@thewitchytrinketcauldron.com within 14 days of receiving your order. I’ll send you the correct return address and instructions.

Products & Safety

Are your products safe to use on skin or to eat?
No—unless clearly marked otherwise (like teas), products are not food-grade and must never be ingested. Oils are not for use on skin unless specifically sold as skin-safe.

Do your products guarantee magical results?
No—magic isn’t a quick fix or a promise. It works through your own intention and action. TWTC products are tools to support your practice, not guarantees.

Do crystals and herbs vary?
Yes—natural items vary in size, colour, and pattern. That’s part of their unique beauty.

Privacy & Security

What personal data do you collect?
We collect the information needed to process and ship your order: name, address, email, and payment details (processed securely by PayPal). If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email until you unsubscribe. Please read our Privacy Policy.

Do you use cookies?
Yes — cookies help the site function (like your shopping basket), improve your experience, and show us how the site is used. Some cookies come from trusted third parties like PayPal, Google Analytics, Pinterest, or TikTok. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please read our Cookie Policy.

How is my data protected?
We never sell or rent your data. It’s only shared with trusted providers such as PayPal, Royal Mail, or MailerLite, so we can process your order and run the shop smoothly.

General

Do you offer freebies?
Yes! Every order includes a little thank-you gift, such as stickers, teabags, sweets, bookmarks, or tarot/oracle cards. If you don’t want to receive a particular item, please just leave a note with your order.

Can I request gift wrapping?
While we don’t offer formal gift wrapping, many items are packed in pretty tissue paper and reusable organza bags that make them lovely for gifting. However, if you’re pressed for time and sending a gift directly I’m sure we can figure something out! Just drop me an email shell@thewitchytrinketcauldron.com.
