Shipping & Packaging Information

At The Witchy Trinket Cauldron, every order is packed with care, intention, and a sprinkle of magic. Here’s how our shipping works and what to expect when your trinkets and treasures arrive.


Dispatch Days

  • I aim to dispatch all orders within 3–7 business days of purchase. Most parcels are sent sooner, but this window allows for flexibility during busier times or when I need a little extra time to prepare your order with care.
  • As a one-person small business, I’m not able to ship daily like big-box stores. Thank you for your patience and support 💜
  • If you need something quickly for a birthday, gift, or special occasion, please email me at shell@thewitchytrinketcauldron.com — I’ll always do my best to help.

Where We Ship & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays with couriers or customs are outside my control.

  • United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) – Orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier. Most parcels arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Australia & New Zealand – Orders are sent via tracked international services. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on customs clearance. Please allow extra time during busy or holiday periods.

At This Time, We Do Not Ship to:

  • European Union – Due to GSPR (General Safety & Product Regulations) requirements for certain goods, which add complex compliance burdens.
  • United States – Due to tariffs and import restrictions on some categories of goods.
  • Canada – Due to additional taxes and handling requirements that make small-scale shipping difficult.
  • Rest of the World – Shipping is currently paused while we explore sustainable and affordable options.

Packaging & Sustainability

At The Witchy Trinket Cauldron, I’m committed to reducing waste while keeping your magical treasures safe. Here’s how I approach packaging with care for both you and the planet:

  • Reused materials—Wherever possible, I reuse packaging materials such as bubble wrap, tissue paper, and packing peanuts to cut down on waste.
  • Boxes—Occasionally I’ll reuse sturdy boxes; rest assured, they are always clean and structurally sound.
  • Plastics—I try to minimise single-use plastic, but if you do receive some, please know I’m actively looking for alternatives—and you’re welcome to reuse it again (labels peel off easily).
  • Reusable extras—Decorative organza bags and jute bags can be reused for your own gifting, while herb and crystal chip bottles can be repurposed as spell jars in your practice.
  • Supplier packaging—Some products may arrive protected in styrofoam/polystyrene. This is how they arrive from my suppliers, and I pass it on to ensure fragile items reach you safely. Please dispose of responsibly.

Freebies

Every order includes a little freebie — such as stickers, wax seals, bookmarks, or tarot/oracle cards, crystals, sweets, teabags—as a thank you for supporting my small business. If it’s not to your taste, feel free to pass it along to a friend to share the magic! If you would rather not receive something, please just leave a customer note with your order. For example, if tea is not your thing you can say “no tea please!”💫
