Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your magical treasures from The Witchy Trinket Cauldron. If for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order under UK law.

Your Legal Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.

You must notify us by email at shell@thewitchytrinketcauldron.com within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel.
Once you’ve told us, you then have another 14 days to return the items.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, using your original payment method.
Refunds do not include the original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
You are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products are excluded from cancellation or return:

Custom-made or personalised items.
Perishable goods such as herbs, incense, or consumables (if opened/used).
Sealed health or hygiene items once unsealed (e.g. earrings, body jewellery).
Digital downloads or electronic products once accessed.

Mystery Scoops & Lucky Dip Products (Non-Returnable)

All Mystery Scoops, Trinket Cauldrons, grab bags, capsule pulls, and any product sold as a random or lucky dip are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Each scoop is completely random and the variation is part of the experience.
Example photos and videos show the types of items you may receive, not the exact scoop.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on:

personal preference
disappointment with the mystery selection
not receiving specific items shown in example photos/videos
differences in charm style, trinket mix, or crystal combinations
“not feeling a connection” with the items

If you prefer a specific style (herbs-heavy, crystals-focused, or trinket-led), please choose one of our themed cauldrons or non-mystery items instead.

How to Arrange a Return

Please email us at shell@thewitchytrinketcauldron.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to cancel or return. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
